How to create a project with us?

There are five steps to a complete project development.

-Step 1- Communicate with us about the general and special requirement of your fan. The general info we would like to have from you include: flow rate, total pressure or static pressure, fan dimensions, maximum noise level (dBA), total weight of the fan module and electric motor performance data sheet - if you are going to use your pre-selected electric motor.

-Step 2- We will evaluate the requirement and make a primary calculation and we will provide you a proposal with evaluation of estimated cost and time lines. If the required performance is out of the range that a design can reach, we will discuss with you for possible change and potential solutions.

-Step 3- Aerodynamics design. A fan will created based on your specifications.

-Step 4- Performance/functional testing, design modification and performance optimization through the use of CFD simulations and rapid prototyping.

-Step 5- Delivery of final design.
